CellMLSimulator
Note
Andre has a new version of his simulation tool available which is a stripped down version of the simulation tool found here. It is recommended to use that software.
This is a tool built on top of the C Code Generation Service (CCGS) from the CellML API implementation, freely available from the CellML Project. It uses the CellML simulation and graphing metadata to decide what simulations need to be performed using the models specified in the metadata and then (optionally) produces the described plots. It also has support for some post-processing analysis of the simulation results.
